Nichols Seafood Restaurant owner Pasco Gibson Jr. has been at the site of the restaurant and fish retailer every day since the hurricane. Gibson said he no longer is depressed, and he set up an bucket and a couple of Coronas, which survived the storm, near the restaurant. Gibson said he is waiting for as assessment from insurance adjusters before he can rebuild.
